04 FAQ I have a Third Party Request for my video - Will your channel be affected?

If your channel has received a third party request from Glactro Network, it means that your video contains the content of one of our channels. Your channel status will not be affected. However, you can’t monetize a video that contains content created by someone else, even when you upload the video to your channel.

05 FAQ People upload my videos to YouTube - What can I do?

Email us the URLs of your original video and the URLs of others who uploaded your video at support@glactro.com, so we can help you manage your rights on YouTube and you’ll need to meet the requirements to join Glactro Network.

06 FAQ A video came to my Caution - If I delete the video, will the Caution be removed?

No. Deleting a struck video does not change the status of your account. If you have received a strike from Glactro Network and believe it is incorrect, you can email us at support@glactro.com.

07 FAQ One of my videos was sent incorrectly or maliciously. - What can I do?

You can appeal the notice or, if sent from Glactro Network, email us at support@glactro.com.
