Money
How is my earnings share decided?
We agree your share individually during the review, based on the channel, and it is written into the contract before you sign.
When does money reach my balance, and how do I withdraw it?
A month's income is added to your balance once YouTube pays the network for that month, normally late in the following month. You then pick a method in your dashboard and confirm with your authenticator code.
Which payout methods are available in my country?
That depends on where you live. Your dashboard lists the methods open to you, along with the fee and the exact amount, before you confirm.
Can I receive part of my income before YouTube pays?
Yes, through Early Pay. You see the fee and the net amount before you confirm.
What does the monthly report contain?
Views, watch time, estimated and final revenue, the Glactro share and your net payout for each channel, each next to the previous month's figure.
Your channel
Do I stay the owner of my channel and videos?
Yes. Both the channel and your content remain yours. The channel is linked to our CMS rather than transferred.
What access do you have to my Google account?
Read-only access to statistics and revenue reports. We cannot publish, edit or change settings, and your password is never visible to us.
Does anything change in YouTube Studio?
Very little. You run your channel as usual; ad revenue passes through Glactro and appears in your dashboard.
Rights
What should I do if I get a Content ID claim?
Let us know. We check whether the claim is legitimate and help you dispute it if you own the material or hold a license.
Will you support my strike appeal?
Yes. We explain the strike and how it affects you, and help you appeal when there is a basis for it.
Contract
How long does the contract run?
The term and renewal conditions are written in your contract and shown to you before signing.
How can I end the agreement?
Send written notice as described in your contract. Once it ends, we release your channel from our CMS.
I'm with another network. Can I switch?
Yes. Tell us when your current contract finishes and we'll plan the switch to keep any pause in monetization short.
Requirements
Which channels are eligible?
Channels with original content that can be monetized under YouTube's rules. There is no minimum view requirement.
Do you take Shorts and children's content?
Yes, provided the content is original and correctly labeled under YouTube's Made for Kids rules.
Still have questions?
